Quality and environmental policy

The company, mindful of its role and responsibilities within the community and grateful to those who have contributed to this growth, has laid out the values that will inspire its strategies for the future, undertaking to:

Operate in accordance with Laws, Rules and Regulations, understanding the requirementsof the stakeholder.

• Satisfy

Customer requirements, developing and manufacturing quality and reliable products; provide an effective service with the aim of strengthening a solid and lasting relationship with all partners.

The the satisfaction of employees, by implementing an organization that clearlyidentifies roles and responsibilities, thereby enhancing commitment to achieving targets.

• Respect

The environment by optimizing consumption, fight waste by adopting ecological materials and production processes that limit environmental impact promoting waste reduction and where possible the reuse of raw materials.

The delivery terms stated in the confirmation of order are by way of an indication and are not binding on the Vendor. The Vendor is not under obligation to pay compensation of any kind for any direct or indirect losses due to delays in delivery or to the interruption or partial or complete cancellation of the supply. With handover of the equipment to the Buyer or carrier the Vendor shall be released from the obligation to deliver and all risks on the equipment itself shall pass to the Buyer even in the event where the Vendor is responsible for the despatch. In the event the Buyer is not in order with payments relating to other supplies, the elapse of the deadlines shall be suspended and the Vendor may delay delivery until the Buyer has paid the sums due. In the event of failure to take delivery of products by the Buyer for reasons for which is he is to blame or, in any case, for a reason independent of the Vendor’s goodwill, the Buyer shall bear the risks and expanses for their safe keeping.

Demonstrating its commitment to the above pledge, Atam S.p.A. complies with the law on safety at work, establishing and maintaining certified management systems in compliance with UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 and UNI EN ISO 14001:2015.

The commitments made in this Policy are translated into goals, targets and programmes which are then monitored by the Management team that subsequently allocates the human and material resources to ensure the implementation of the management systems and their continuous development. The principles of this policy are shared with internal and external staff and with all the stakeholders to promote their knowledge and adherence.
